Natal chart readings
Transit readings
Shadow work sessions (individual and group)

All services are intended for personal insight, self-awareness, and emotional exploration.

03 Not Medical or Psychological Advice These services are not a substitute for:

You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.

04 Client Responsibility By engaging in this work, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for your own emotional and mental well-being
You participate voluntarily and at your own pace
You will seek professional support if needed

This work may involve exploring emotional patterns and personal experiences.

05 Payment & Booking

Full payment is required to confirm your session
Sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise specified
A confirmation and access details will be sent after booking and payment

06 Cancellation, Rescheduling & Technology Responsibility

Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice for rescheduling
Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded
Rescheduling is offered at our discretion
Sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise specified
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a reliable internet connection, updated device, working camera/microphone, and the ability to access Zoom prior to the scheduled session
Clients are encouraged to test the Zoom link, device, and internet connection before the session time
If a client is unable to attend or participate due to equipment malfunction, outdated technology, inability to access Zoom, or other technical difficulties on the client’s end, the session may be considered missed and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling
Unexpected power outages or sudden internet loss may be considered for rescheduling at the discretion of Star Well Astrology & Coherence & Shadow Work
This policy is in place to honor the time reserved for each session
If the technical issue occurs on the end of Star Well Astrology & Coherence & Shadow Work, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time

07 Refund Policy Due to the nature of this work:

All sessions are non-refundable once completed
Refunds are not guaranteed for missed sessions

08 Confidentiality All personal information shared during sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality. However:

Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in digital environments
You are responsible for your own privacy when joining online sessions

09 Group Sessions For group work such as shadow work circles:

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others
Sharing others' personal experiences outside the group is discouraged
Participation is voluntary

10 Intellectual Property All content provided, including teachings, frameworks, written materials, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Star Well Astrology & Coherence & Shadow Work and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

Decisions made based on sessions
Personal interpretations
Outcomes resulting from the use of this information
